We keep our grading simple, consistent and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Product Condition

Every device is tested and graded before sale. Any significant cosmetic defects, missing accessories or condition specific information will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Brand New
Factory sealed in original packaging. Packaging may show minor signs of handling or storage.

Pre-owned
Our pre-owned range covers everything from lightly handled open box returns to used devices that may show some cosmetic marks from everyday use. Fully tested and in working order. Supplied in original packaging which may show wear, or replacement packaging.

Refurbished
Professionally tested, cleaned and restored to full working condition. Supplied in original packaging which may show wear, or replacement packaging, with a compatible charger where required.

Cosmetic Grading

Applies to Pre-owned and Refurbished products. Grading relates to cosmetic condition only and is not considered a fault.

Excellent (Grade A)
Minimal to no signs of cosmetic wear.

Very Good (Grade B)
Light signs of use. May include small marks or light scratches.

Good (Grade C)
Noticeable signs of cosmetic wear, including visible scratches, marks or light dents.
