Warranty

All products include a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers hardware faults and operational defects that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, software issues or normal wear and tear.

Refurbished products include a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery.

Where a manufacturer’s warranty remains valid, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer. Otherwise, warranty support will be provided by us through our Return to Base service.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and details of the fault.

Products returned under warranty will be inspected and tested. Where a fault covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.

The warranty does not cover faults resulting from accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, modification, replacement of components, software related issues or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

CLS Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of earnings or business interruption arising from the use of a product purchased from this website.

Our total liability in relation to any warranty claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
