Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all products.
To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Unwanted Items
You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned complete with all accessories, manuals, packaging and any other included components.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If a returned item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any reduction in the item’s value.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returned items are inspected within two business days of receipt.
Where a fault or issue is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Product Verification
All returned items are checked against the serial number or IMEI number recorded at the time of dispatch.
Refunds can only be issued for the item originally supplied by us.
Items returned with altered, removed or non-matching serial numbers or IMEI numbers are not eligible for a refund.
Preparing Your Device for Return
Before returning an electronic device, please ensure that:
- All personal data has been removed
- All cloud, manufacturer and security accounts have been signed out
- Any passwords, PINs or activation locks have been removed
- Any important data has been backed up
Devices returned with active account locks cannot be tested or processed. If a device is returned with an active account lock, we will contact you to arrange its removal before the return can be completed.
We're not responsible for the loss of any data stored on returned devices.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of the inspection being completed.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges are refunded where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or where required by applicable law.
If a delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect delivery address was provided, any carrier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.
