Pricing, VAT and Payments

All prices displayed on this website include 20% VAT.

No additional taxes or charges will be added at checkout or upon delivery.

VAT invoices are available upon request and will be issued in accordance with UK VAT regulations.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed at checkout.

Buyer Eligibility

We currently deliver within UK mainland only.

Orders must be placed using a valid UK mainland delivery address.

Orders placed for delivery outside UK mainland may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not available to the selected location.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:
- Delivery is not available to the selected address
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- A product is unavailable due to an inventory or listing error

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

About Our Products

CLS Outlet is an independent reseller of returned, refurbished and pre-owned consumer electronics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Apple, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, HP, LG, Acer, Razer, MSI, Gigabyte or any other manufacturer whose products we sell.

Product Condition

Every device is tested and graded before sale. Any significant cosmetic defects, missing accessories or condition specific information will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Brand New
Factory sealed in original packaging. Packaging may show minor signs of handling or storage.

Open Box
An item returned by the customer as a change of mind return. Original packaging has been opened. Device may show very minor cosmetic marks from handling. Supplied in opened original or replacement packaging.

Used
A pre-owned item that has been previously owned or operated. Fully tested and in working order.

Refurbished
Professionally tested, cleaned and restored to full working condition. Supplied in opened original or replacement packaging, with a compatible charger where required.

Cosmetic Grading

Applies to Open Box, Used and Refurbished products. Grading relates to cosmetic condition only and is not considered a fault.

Excellent (Grade A)
Minimal to no signs of cosmetic wear.

Very Good (Grade B)
Light signs of use. May include small marks or light scratches.

Good (Grade C)
Noticeable signs of cosmetic wear, including visible scratches, marks or light dents.

Warranty
All products include a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers hardware faults and operational defects that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, software issues or normal wear and tear.

Refurbished products include a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery.

Where a manufacturer’s warranty remains valid, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer. Otherwise, warranty support will be provided by us through our Return to Base service.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and details of the fault.

Products returned under warranty will be inspected and tested. Where a fault covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.

The warranty does not cover faults resulting from accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, modification, replacement of components, software related issues or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

CLS Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of earnings or business interruption arising from the use of a product purchased from this website.

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, industrial disputes, network outages or courier delays.

Legal

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
