Delivery

We currently deliver within UK mainland only.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Products are dispatched from our distribution facility in North West London.

Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days from dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the delivery address provided is incorrect, or because the parcel is not accepted after delivery attempts have been made, additional carrier charges may apply.

While we aim to meet the delivery times stated above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
