Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within UK mainland only and do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed for delivery outside UK mainland may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not available to the selected location.

Standard delivery is charged at £8.50 per order.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Products are dispatched from our distribution facility in North West London.

Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.

Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the delivery address provided is incorrect, or because the parcel is not accepted after delivery attempts have been made, any carrier charges incurred may be deducted from a refund.

While we aim to meet the delivery times stated above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Warehouse collections are not currently available.
